Are you interested in working with the best soccer camp organization .......

......  in the US?   To maintain the highest possible standards in the quality and practice of our coaching Goal-Line hires coaches from both the United States and Europe.   It is our policy to use experienced and mature coaches who have:

1:  Recognized coaching qualifications

2:   A strong background coaching and teaching youth soccer

3:  A desire to travel & meet new soccer friends in the USA

4:  A love and enthusiasm for the game !

We approach the the process of coaching soccer to American children very seriously.  We take pride in providing expert coaching staff who are committed to quality supervision both on and off the field.  Goal-Line's staff become part of the local communities in which we coach,  whether it is an exhibition game,  an invitation to a family barbecue,  or an evening clinic for interested parents and coaches.   Our staff are hosted by local soccer families which is a great way to meet new soccer friends and sample the culture of the Pacific Northwest.

We are particularly interested in hiring qualified soccer people who are either working towards or have undergraduate or advanced degrees in Physical Education or Recreation Services.   We are also interested in coaches who are keen to improve their knowledge and understanding of the game.  To this end we bring all our staff together for a "curriculum-retreat" on the campus of Oregon State University.  The retreat is designed to train our staff in the latest technical and tactical developments of the game.
